GOSH. Here's a rewind of how I spent my last day of 2008 and my first day of 2009:

Ytd played badminton (with mad laughters) but game ended slightly earlier and we went to Swensen's for lunch. We gave a treat to Jilly at Swensen's and Swensen's gave a treat to Jilly too. Lol. Cheese rocks. (:

I went home then joined my parents and Qiu Ling (my mom's staff) for dinner at Chinatown. We had frog leg porridge and ended up missing Little Nyonya. ): Reached home ard 10pm.

10.30pm was countdown on screen at various channels. My mom lah. She don't allow me to go with Dai Yang Tian's fanclub to vivo city. )': Sigh. So I stayed home and countdown with her loh. WAHAHA! He's so cute. ^^ Jeanette won 4 out of 8 of the best female roles and Yangyang won 2 roles. YAY!

That was how my 2008 ended.

At 1am my mom and I were bored so we decided to watch a 7-year-old drama serial - Winter Sonata, 冬季恋歌 (2002). This was our first time watching actually. And that was how we spent our first day of 2009 - watching Winter Sonata from 1am to 2pm.
13 hours straight.
(:

I got no idea why but I didn't even closed my eyes (apart from blinking) throughout the show. No sign of fatigue. Hmm actually the show is really touching but also kinda draggy. Practically fast forwarded a lot but still got the gist of it. Can even tear during the fast forwarding parts okay. :X Bae Yong Joon was 30 years old then and Choi Ji Woo was 27 years old. The make-up artistes were skilful lah. It was really easy to differentiate the age of the characters. I would have died under his charm if not for knowing Yangyang and Rob Pattinson first. ><

Oh. I must have really been a die-hard Twilight fan for I was vampirized last night. Let's do some math! Okay. I didn't sleep from 8.30am (31dec) till 4pm (01jan). Then I woke at 7.30pm and going to sleep soon. Lol! 31.5 hours! All because of 冬季恋歌. Oh yay. Reminds me of the 4E chalet night which was a 15mins of sleep. That one was a record of mine lah. Even went band camp after that. Fatigue doesn't haunt me. Haha!

I think my mom and I rock lah. We finished the drama and actually did some spring cleaning before taking our naps. Yay we're potato couches. :D Can't wait to finish Hotelier and watch 我的亿万面包。 ^-^
