Had band practice during the early hours of valentine's day. Played mostly new songs and sight-read them randomly at different scores. Scooted off the school compound with Ying and met DAPH at the mrt station! Long lost duck. :D

Proceeded on with going out to search for a new backpack since Ying and I have been having shoulder aches from the bags we're using. Started off with bugis junction which we found bags priced at an exclusive $79.90. Moved on with bugis street and we had ice-creams, which are FOC! (: Cornetto is feeling generous on V.day so they're giving out 10,000 cones for free. Cool eh?

Hmm Ying kept a look-out and she managed to buy her choice bag and I was left blank since I've been absent-minded throughout. Haha. But I did bought mine, after donkey years of consideration. Ying has got to be admired for her level of patience with an indecisive time-waster. :P

Continued on to orchard where we each bought gifts for our parents. Shop keepers there are kinda unwillingly to serve us esp those at Taka. They and their perception of students (we were in half-uniform) to have low purchasing power. Sucks.

Took a train ride home with Ying. While passing TP central, saw this two Indian men surrounded by busybody passer-by. This guy was beating up the another guy, using the cover of the green dustbin. Then he kinda dragged him into shop&save and whacked him. No idea what he said but I was wondering how come nobody phoned the police. The police station is just opposite the scene. -_- Oh well I was no better. But I didn't stop and stare though. Poor indian.

Yays to buying a new bag. ^^
Yays to spending V day with Ying. X)
Yays to hoping YJ will win the NEmation today. :D
